narration. »
Andrea Branzi, dans la revue Architecture intérieure -
Créé, Juin-Juillet 1988, p. 12‑13
Inspired by the words of Andrea Branzi, we believe that
designers have a role to play in reinventing the world. To
design is a way for us to question and reconsider established
customs and ways of living.
Both graduated from École Boulle and ENSCI-Les ateliers,
we founded our studio poirier bailay in 2018, working at the
interface of product, textile and interior design. Through our
projects, we aim to question our lifestyles as well as our
production models.
Aesthetic research plays an important role in our work. It is a
way for us to blur the boundaries between practices (design,
sculpture, craftmanship, illustration…) and to explore subjects
that intrigue us, such as everyday poetry, strangeness in
objects as well as the edge between fiction and reality.
